Chotulabs started with a simple obsession: why does every hot sauce taste the same? Our founder Arjun spent two years — and nearly his sense of taste — experimenting in his small (chotu!) apartment kitchen in Kochi.

In 2022, with nothing but a pressure cooker, a pH meter, and a reckless love for chillies, Chotulabs was born. Today we ship to over 200 cities across India, but every batch is still handcrafted, still numbered, still small.
